These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the geta9 platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the provisions set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one geta9 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are subject to immediate closure, and any associated bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.

01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the geta9 platform (accessible at geta9.app and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions of the same service), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them in the same manner as a written, signed contract.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and geta9 (the "Platform" or "Operator") with respect to your use of the service. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings — whether oral or written — between the parties. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the geta9 platform and close your account.
Your continued use of geta9 following any published update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. geta9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via on-platform messaging or email, but the absence of such a notification does not relieve you of the obligation to stay informed of the current terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of geta9 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account's existence:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. geta9 does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to register, access, or use the platform under any circumstances. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
- Single account: You must not currently hold or have previously held a geta9 account that was closed for a terms violation. Each individual is entitled to one account only.
- Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed on your own account or imposed by geta9 as a result of a responsible gaming request.
- Accurate information: You must be willing and able to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as required during the registration and verification process.
18+ Only — Strictly Enforced: geta9 takes its age-restriction obligations seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an account belongs to an individual under the age of 18, we will suspend that account immediately, withhold all pending withdrawals, and conduct a full age verification review. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.
geta9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any point. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.
03 Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of geta9 services — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and all other products — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile phone number associated with your preferred mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
Account Accuracy
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify geta9 promptly if any registered details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your geta9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. geta9 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including live chat or email. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact geta9 support via English live chat immediately. geta9 will investigate and, where appropriate, secure the affected account pending review.
One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active geta9 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts detected by geta9's systems will be closed, and any bonus funds or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts will be void.
Tip: If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset function on the geta9 login page. Do not register a new account — this constitutes a violation of the one-account policy.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
geta9 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, and direct bank transfers to and from selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

- Minimum withdrawal (mobile financial services): ৳200

Processing Times
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your geta9 wallet within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the mobile financial service provider. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business hours. geta9 does not guarantee processing times for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking system outages outside of geta9's control.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This anti-money-laundering measure is non-negotiable. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests that exceed certain thresholds. geta9 imposes no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges visible during a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transaction originate from the mobile financial service provider, not from geta9.
Anti-Money Laundering: geta9 applies anti-money-laundering (AML) checks to all deposit and withdrawal activity. Transactions that appear unusual in size, frequency, or pattern may be flagged for review. During a review, associated withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the review is resolved.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
geta9 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and the BPL cricket season. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only. Players who have not completed identity verification are not eligible to receive or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
- Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in plain English in each promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses credited to an account automatically upon deposit cannot be declined retrospectively. If you do not wish to accept a bonus, you must contact support before making the qualifying deposit.
- geta9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In such cases, any bonus amounts already credited to player accounts at the time of cancellation will remain valid under the terms that applied at the time of credit, for a period of 30 days.
- Abuse of promotional offers — including collusion between multiple accounts to exploit bonus terms, or the use of arbitrage strategies specifically targeting bonus wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
Bonus Expiry
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, bonus funds and associated free bets expire 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
06 Betting & Casino Rules
All bets placed on the geta9 sportsbook and all casino wagers are subject to the rules of the respective product, game, and software provider. By placing a bet or initiating a casino round, you acknowledge and accept these rules in full.
Sports Betting
Cricket betting markets on geta9 — covering Bangladesh Tigers, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and international Tests — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). In the event of a match being abandoned, tied, or interrupted, geta9 will apply the settlement rules relevant to the specific market type. Disputed results must be raised with geta9 support within 72 hours of market settlement.
Live In-Play Betting
Live in-play betting odds update in real time. geta9 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice, including in response to match interruptions, data feed issues, or where geta9 has reason to believe a market is being exploited. Bets accepted prior to a suspension will be settled according to the prevailing rules for the market type.
Casino & RNG Games
Outcomes for all casino games powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Red Tiger — are determined solely by the certified RNG systems of the respective providers. geta9 does not influence, alter, or interfere with game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel) streamed in real time from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios.
Minimum & Maximum Stakes
Minimum stake for sports betting markets is ৳50 per selection. Maximum stakes vary by market type, event, and player account tier. geta9 reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits on any market or for any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
Voided Bets
A bet may be voided by geta9 if it was accepted in error, if the associated market was created with incorrect odds or conditions, or if geta9 has evidence that the bet was placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement. In the event of a void, the stake is returned to the player's geta9 wallet.
07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of your continued access to geta9, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment and lawful betting activity — and to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.
Prohibited Actions
The following activities are strictly prohibited on geta9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a geta9 account. Any deposit traced to a fraudulent payment source will be reversed and the account closed.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one geta9 account for any purpose, including bonus farming, matched betting on a single event across multiple accounts, or circumventing a self-exclusion or account closure.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market on geta9.
- Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing inconsistencies across geta9's markets or between geta9 and other platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of the platform's commercial terms.
- Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with casino games, or perform any other platform function that is ordinarily performed by a human user.
- Money laundering: Using geta9 as a vehicle to deposit, circulate, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner designed to obscure their origin.
- Impersonation: Registering a geta9 account using another person's identity, personal details, or payment credentials — whether with or without that person's knowledge.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward geta9 staff, support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.
Security notice: geta9 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct, including fraud, multi-accounting, and collusion. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited activities will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
08 Intellectual Property
All content published on the geta9 platform — including but not limited to the geta9 brand name, logo, graphical elements, page layouts, written content, game interfaces supplied by third-party providers, software architecture, and all other original works — is the intellectual property of geta9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the geta9 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any geta9 content or software without the prior written consent of geta9.
Game content — including graphics, animations, sound effects, and mechanics for titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, PG Soft, Red Tiger, and all other integrated providers — remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is licensed to geta9 for platform use only. 09 Limitation of Liability

- Temporary or prolonged interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
- Losses sustained as a result of betting or casino activity, including the loss of deposited funds through normal gameplay.
- Unauthorised access to your geta9 account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

10 Account Suspension & Closure
geta9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may result in suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable registration information.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a request from geta9.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Detection of multi-accounting, collusion, or automated betting tools.
- A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
- A responsible gaming intervention initiated by geta9 following patterns of play that indicate potential harm.
Player-Initiated Closure

Effect of Closure
